She has built her team with intentionality, organizing a talented group of professionals with key skill sets who work alongside her to execute a vision. This steadfast focus on smart collaboration combined with her intimate understanding of the high net-worth buyer has made Lesly Maxwell one of the most respected names in design.

I think everything in life is art. What you do. How you dress. The way you love someone, and how you talk. Your smile and your personality. What you believe in, and all your dreams. The way you drink your tea. How you decorate your home. Or party. Your grocery list. The food you make. How your writing looks. And the way you feel. Life is art.

Design Philosophy

Design is ultimately a matter of fusing taste with functionality. Our portfolio features an elegantly wide range of themes, cultures and influences—but at the outset of every one, we still start with the fundamentals. What does this space need to deliver? What practical elements are required? These critical elements then become the foundation on which we build our creative process.
