As Design Director at Lesly Maxwell Interiors, Madison Maxwell transforms creative vision into beautifully executed reality. Over the past five years, she has become an integral part of the firm’s evolution, leading the design process from initial concept through final installation while ensuring every project reflects the studio’s uncompromising standards of luxury, craftsmanship, and detail.
Madison guides the creative execution of the team's work, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and works closely with clients, architects, artisans, and vendors to deliver interiors that are both highly personal and flawlessly executed. Known for her keen eye, thoughtful organization, and collaborative leadership, she ensures that every space embodies the distinctive level of quality for which the firm is recognized.
Beyond the studio, Madison embraces the South Florida lifestyle, finding inspiration on the water, under the sun, and through travel. She is passionate about discovering exceptional artisans, globally sourced materials, and one-of-a-kind objects that bring authenticity and character to every project. Her curiosity, adventurous spirit, and appreciation for craftsmanship continually influence her design perspective and enrich the work of the studio.
PRESLIE BROWN
Project Manager
Preslie Brown brings a mix of business, marketing, and fashion styling experience to her role as Project Manager at Lesly Maxwell Interiors. A 2023 graduate of the University of Florida, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Marketing. With a love for fashion and music, Preslie finds inspiration everywhere—from travel and concerts to food, art, and the people and places in between.
At LMI, Preslie keeps projects moving from concept to installation, managing pricing, purchasing, inventory, drawings, and coordination across clients, vendors, trades, and the design team. She also has a hand in sourcing, design development, styling, and content creation.
Preslie loves the balance of creativity and problem-solving that comes with interior design and is always eager to learn, explore new ideas, and see a vision come to life.
KATERINA BROWN
Controller
Katerina Brown is a 2022 graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology. After moving to Florida with her husband, Rory, in May 2024, she began her journey with LMI.
Before joining LMI, Katerina explored entrepreneurship and community leadership. She launched a specialty ice cream business while at Georgia Tech, first selling to the campus community and eventually throughout the greater Atlanta area. She went on to work for a college ministry, where she led groups of women and helped them explore and grow in their faith. These experiences instilled in Katerina a passion for entrepreneurship and intentional relationship building, both of which have shaped her approach to her role at LMI.
As Controller, Katerina oversees LMI’s financial and operational systems. She brings an analytical approach and a steady presence to her role, helping ensure that the many moving pieces behind each project run smoothly and that LMI continues to grow with intention.
MORGANNE GIASULLO
Design Assistant
Morganne combines her background in business with her passion for interior design to support the team at Lesly Maxwell. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business and an associate’s degree in interior design, giving her a perspective on both the creative and operational sides of the industry.
Beginning her career on the administrative side of design, Morganne supports the team through project coordination, scheduling, vendor communication, procurement, and day-to-day logistics, helping ensure projects move seamlessly.
With a genuine passion for interiors, Morganne views her current role as the foundation for a long-term career in design. She is committed to learning every stage of the design process, and contributing to the thoughtful work Lesly Maxwell creates for its clients.
JARVIS BROWN
Greeter
A 2023 graduate of the University of Florida, Jarvis Brown proudly serves as LMI’s resident greeter. When he’s not welcoming guests, you’ll find him lounging around the office or enjoying his favorite snack: green apples. Be sure to give him a little love the next time you stop by!
